Our process

Use our pitch form to send your deck (PDF, max 10MB), company name, stage, sector, and a one-liner. We don't require a warm introduction—every submission is reviewed by our team.

• What we need: Company name, founder name(s), email, stage, sector, one-liner (max 200 characters), and your pitch deck as a PDF.
• What happens: You'll see a confirmation once we've received your submission. We review every application and do not filter by referral.

Our team reviews each pitch against our investment focus (AI, SaaS, tech platforms), market size and traction, and team. We aim to respond within two weeks.

• Fit: Does the company align with our thesis?
• Market: How large is the opportunity, and what traction do you have?
• Team: Who's building, and what's the execution track record?
• Timeline: We target a first response within 2 weeks.

If we're interested, we'll invite you to a call with a partner. We ask sharp questions and give direct feedback. We'll give you a clear yes, no, or next steps.

• Intro call: Usually 30–45 minutes.
• Diligence: If we're serious, we may ask for more data or a follow-up conversation.
• Decision: We aim to give a clear answer and next steps.

When we invest, we treat it as a long-term partnership. We provide capital, help with introductions and network, and offer operational support when it's useful.

• Term sheet and closing: We keep terms straightforward and work to close efficiently.
• Post-investment: We stay available for strategy, hiring, and biz dev intros.
• Follow-on: We reserve capacity to follow on in later rounds where it makes sense.
